Our Cambodian guests are members of our BPW International Federation.
Jill Morse is a mentor for BPW in Siem Reap, Cambodia and she is bringing to
Southern California a young BPW member.

It is her goal that our California BPW members meet this extraordinary young lady.

Her name is Sophin Sophary. She is 23 years old and is receiving her BS in Accounting.

While attending school, she has worked full-time, putting her two siblings through school and
helping her parents get out of debt. In her spare time, she has a volunteer job. Sophin is the
operations manager for the Cambodian Self-Help Demining.

It is an organization that clears land mines "in low priority villages" throughout the world.

Jill Morse also runs a volunteer program and teaches English at the Cambodian Landmine
Museum and Relief Center. The museum educates Cambodians and visitors about the
horrors of landmines and the aftermath of war. The Relief Center is actually an orphanage,
caring for many children who were victims of the landmines.
